Where can I exercise?
Comfortable clothes, correct footwear and a bottle of water are the only things you need. Shapeof-U provides all fitness equipment needed for your training sessions.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Our personal trainer will conduct a consultation to assess your goals, lifestyle and health. The trainer will also conduct a training session to assess your fitness level. Thanks to the first meeting, we will prepare a training program tailored to your individual requirements.
What can I expect during the first meeting?
You can consider training with a friend or family member. There are no additional costs for the second person, so training together will save you money. You can also use the option of payment in installments.
What can I do if my budget is very small?
It is more than an app or general fitness classes. Your abilities and requirements are not the same as others when it comes to exercise. Follow personalised program, avoid increased risk of injury and receive the full attention.
Why a personal trainer when I can exercise by myself or in group classes?
At the first session your trainer will take your body measurements and will conduct the fitness test. The trainer will track your progress every 4 weeks. The exact rate of improvement will vary from client to client. Thanks to the personalised program, nutritional advice and full attention, you'll get maximum results.
